Planuary January. Currently sitting at my desk (instead of de-Christmas'ing the house like I originally planned to do) and looking at the 2026 calendar (and budget!) to figure out how we can maximize travel opportunities this year. Also finding myself endlessly scrolling thru trip inspo and articles with the "top places to go in 2026" and feeling major wanderlust. There is something about after the holiday season comes to an end that makes me crave something else to look forward to while riding out winter. Our family has a couple of big trips planned already for this year but my list is long and I'm always wishing we could make even more time away a reality. For me, the planning, research (and anticipation) is half the fun! Here's what is currently on our travel schedule for 2026 and a few of the places I'd like to try and squeeze in if we can manage it:

Puerto Rico (for Spring Break)
France (Provence + Paris)
Pawley's Island, SC
Blackberry Farm, TN
Top of my list to hopefully squeeze in before year-end:

Anguilla (Malliouhana Resort)

Southern Italy
Barcelona & the coast of Spain
Sugar Beach, St. Lucia or Lovango Resort, St. John
